Job Description:
The opportunity Our client is a fast-growing German scale-up pioneering Physical AI and software-defined automation — helping manufacturers move from hardware-centric automation to AI-driven production on their existing assets. On a clear path to IPO, they are hiring their first dedicated Enterprise Sales Representative to build the new-logo enterprise engine previously run by the executive team. This is a true hunter seat: you own the full enterprise cycle, sell a platform — not a commodity — at board and P&L level, and land multi-million-euro framework agreements with OEMs and Tier-1/2 manufacturers. What you'll do • Win new enterprise logos (OEMs, Tier-1, selected Tier-2) across manufacturing • Engage C-level, production, operations and IT/digital-manufacturing leaders • Lead a consultative, platform-led cycle from first meeting to Proof of Value, then convert into multi-year framework/platform agreements • Build and defend P&L-level business cases; position the platform as the IT-OT backbone for future automation • Own long, complex, multi-stakeholder cycles with disciplined CRM pipeline and forecasting What you bring • 8+ years enterprise new-business software/platform (SaaS/PaaS) sales into manufacturing • Track record of €1M+ enterprise deals and Proof-of-Value-to-framework conversion • Strong IT-OT / shop-floor understanding (MES, SCADA, IIoT) and industrial-software domain • Executive storytelling and business-case / P&L articulation at board level • A genuine hunter — new-logo focus, comfortable with long cycles and a high-variable, uncapped comp model • German C1 and English C1 • Based in West or South Germany (Rhine-Main, Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf, Munich, Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg) What's on offer • The first dedicated enterprise sales seat — high autonomy, direct CRO visibility • Platform, board-level, P&L-impact selling in the cutting-edge Physical AI space • Attractive, uncapped OTE with a strong variable component • Remote-first within Germany, 30 days holiday, permanent contract • Early-stage upside with a company on an IPO trajectory Process: intro call → interview with the hiring manager (CRO) → onsite day (interviews, product demo, live exercise) → offer.
